Testing and Certifications
Working with our sister company Precision Electrical, we undertake all electrical testing, whether you are a private house holder, landlord or a facilities manager of a larger complex. We are highly experienced and carry out regular condition reports for various clients (residential/commercial).
As standard all works carried out by our engineers will be inspected and tested. Our sister company is NICEIC approved and their contractors can carry out the following tests:
Gas safety and testing
Minor Electrical Installations
Domestic Visual Condition Reports
Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC)
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
Emergency Lighting Periodic Inspection and Testing Including 18th edition.
